BEAUTIFULLY RESTORED PORSCHE 911T 2.2 LWB - LHD COUPE

This fully restored 1971 Porsche 911T 2.2 - VIN/Chassis No: 9111121915 & Engine No: 6107227 is a 'Matching Numbers' car and it was built in Germany in early 1971 and exported to Canada where it was first registered on 7th September 1971.

It is technically known as the 'Long Wheel Base' model introduced in 1969 and which ran through to 1973, before being replaced by the 'G' model in 1974.

This beautiful example is finished in its original colour scheme of Irish Green with a Black Vinyl interior and has the lovely normally aspirated flat-six 2195cc Engine mated to a 5 Speed Manual Gearbox and sitting on a set of Fuch's Alloy Wheels. 

The car was meticulously restored for its current owners by the renowned Pure Breed Factory in Montreal, Canada and over the course of two years between 2020 and 2022, the car underwent a complete nut-and-bolt restoration, returning it to its original factory specification and every detail faithfully recreated. Works included a full bare-metal body restoration (documented with photographs) and its original Engine and Gearbox were both rebuilt, with many new ancillaries, new suspension, interior fully re-trimmed to its original specification by a specialist trimmer, including carpets, door cards and headliner, and much more. There are copies of all their invoices and photographs in the history file detailing the work carried out.

Upon completion of the restoration the car, it was exported by the owners to the UK where they now live, and it was registered here in the UK on 1st April 2022.

Since then, the car has hardly been driven and mainly stored at the owners house in Chiswick and due to lack of use, they have reluctantly decided it was time to sell it, so the car has just been recommissioned and fully serviced by specialist Enginuity in Acton, London W3, with a total of £8,564 spent on various works and parts including a new MOT in readiness for sale. 

This car is of course classified and registered as an 'Historic Vehicle' and is therefore Road Tax free, MOT exempt and ULEZ compliant. and upon sale, it will come with our own standard 6 Month Mechanical Warranty which can be upgraded and extended at additional cost if required.

This is a stunning example of a Porsche 911T 2.2 presented in beautiful condition throughout and it really does drive superbly.
