About this Fiat 500
DEPOSIT TAKEN - 13/07/2021
This lovely little LHD Fiat 110F Berlina 500 L - Chassis No: 2972813 was built by Fiat in January 1972 and first registered in Bari, Southern Italy with the Bari numberplate BA692153.
It is finished in its original colour scheme of Bianco White with a Red vinyl interior and Red carpets, New Black Seat Belts, original instrumentation and Steering wheel, Black fold back Sun Roof, 499cc Engine, 4 Speed Manual Gearbox and sitting on it's original Steel Wheels with Chrome Hub Caps and relatively new Hankook Tyres.
It was restored by specialist Classic Italian Car in Mesagne, Brindisi in early 2016 and works included a full repaint of the car, new chrome fittings, new interior trim and a full mechanical overhaul. Upon completion of it restoration it was purchased by an English customer directly from them and taken to his holiday home in Valencia, Southern Spain where it remained for 3 years before being imported to the UK in August 2019. We prepared and registered the car here in September 2019 with the period number plate FHH 870K.
It is showing 12,391 Kms on the speedometer but it is most likely to be 112,391 Kms from new (69,838 miles), but it has had a full mechanical overhaul and the engine and gearbox were rebuilt and it has not covered more than 3,000 Kilometers since. It was in storage for more or less the whole of 2020 due to the Pandemic and we now have the car here at our showrooms for sale after purchasing the car from the owner.
This is a perfect little 'town car' in fantastic condition throughout and it really does drive well. Prices of these early Cinquecento's have been steadily rising, so it will be a good investment for the future. It could also be a really good donor car for one of our 'Electric' conversions as well!
Upon sale it will be given a pre-sales checkover and it will come with our own 6 month mechanical Warranty. It is MOT exempt of course!
Car on display in our showrooms in Mortlake, SW London.
